Yep still feeling sorrier for myself than a sorry little hamster stuck on a broken hamster wheel. Knowing that I have so much to do is not helping me feel any better, as that is headache inducing enough already! I have been told that its a nasty bug going round, so lets hope that by the end of the week its bloody bogged off.
I am trying to focus my positive energy and achieve a zenlike status. Then I will become happy and irritating once more. Unfortunately I have gotten as far with my yoga and meditation as I did last year, which is erm nowhere. My path to enlightenment is going to be a long, bumpy, bloody, chaotic and hopefully fun road. Of course that could be a load of old bollocks, but maybe the pain medication is making me loopy (ier).
Hat tip to cynical yogic one.
hey red, you have a dot on your head. think that's what is giving you the headache???

If I wanted to be really zen-like & irritating, I might say that nowhere is exactly where you want to go with it....
ReplyDeleteHa. You are just plain funny. All kidding aside I do hopevyou feel much better soon. I shall think some zen like good thoughts for your speedy recovery. :D skdd
ReplyDeletewhenever I think I'm beginning to see the faint glimmering of enlightenment it usually turns out to be an oncoming train. proceed with caution. ;)
ReplyDeleteI hope you don't have to shave your head to reach nirvana ... or whatever. Of course your eyebrows look much better after enlightenment.
ReplyDeleteBlurg and Phooey sounds like a British kids show.
ReplyDeleteEr, I mean - sorry your head is still icky and your elbow is twatted.
Thanks for expanding the vocabulary of Americans everywhere.
:)
Feel better Red. :)
ReplyDeleteSorry you are still feeling so poorly. Wish you better soon. Don't lose the hair.
ReplyDeleteThink lovely calm thoughts and take more drugs - yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
ReplyDeleteShaving your head just makes it cold, especially at this time of year.
ReplyDeleteA twatted elbow sounds very naughty. Hope you're feeling better soon. The upside is that your drawing skills haven't suffered.
