Sorry curmy i am saving the Loch Ness story for my memoirs.
ReplyDeleteI will indeed consider it Gaurav.
OOO I want to know about the Loch Ness story.
ReplyDeleteI voted already. :)
ReplyDeleteClaire, I'm sure some historical novel has been written about him or Lady Caroline Lamb who called him "mad, bad, and dangerous to know" (of course she went crazy), but if you want a bio on Lord Bryon, this one is pretty balanced and interesting. (It opens with the burning of him memoirs after his death so all the gossip won't be confirmed)
ReplyDeleteByron: Child of Passion, Fool of Fame by Benita Eisler
He was literally a scandalous rock star in his era.
Sorry I'e's'poop, there is no story! but will make one up if you like?
ReplyDeleteThank you akelamalu! and anyone else who has!
I think i will get that bio, or at least add it to my ever increasing list of books to read. I am sure it will be fascinating.
I demand to see Nessie now, come on clair, please.............
