Finally! Some music that I like! I used to watch Alvin and the Chimpmunks all the time when I was a wee lass (and no, it wasn't always on a black & white TV, we eventually got color!).
ReplyDeleteAs for the other chips, they look yummy!
dang. couldn't find the comment thingy and now it's back. but they are still french fries. you brits crack me up!
ReplyDeleteha ha ha ha ha ha
smiles, bee
Between your chips and Miss Bee's chips I am getting hungry.
ReplyDeleteLove the chipmunks.
Later Y'all
Hello, Ckaire!
ReplyDeleteThis work is very good. Thank you
Good week
mmm. a nice piece of deep fried cod with that - no vinegar, please!
ReplyDeleteYes, hubby did look rather funny while chasing sheep, but it's not something you want your hubby to be doing after 40. Especially after a while, when RAGE sets in, and all you want to do is throw the stupid beasts to Kingdom Come...
ReplyDeleteI love Alvin and the Chipmunks! And over here we call those fries. I remember when I went to England ordered fish and chips, thinking I was going to get potato chips and ended up with fries. And I thought we both spoke the same langauge.
ReplyDeleteMan, that sure brings back some memories for me. I remember getting off the school bus in the afternoon eating a little debbie snack cake while watching Alvin & The Chipmunks! Thanks for the memory. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat Manic Monday!
Well, I was going to say something unique but JohnH985 beat me to it. Chocolate pieces... those are definitely chips. Mmmm.... chocolate.
ReplyDeleteThat was so cute! I use to have a chipmunks tape when I was in grade 4, hehe.
ReplyDeleteAnd, hell-o? Those are fries! I thought you spoke English too?
(hahaha)
This takes me back! Must admit I used to enjoy watching this with the kids. Lovely portion of chips too!!! Shame our Fish and Fries(lol) shop is closed on Monday, could really fancy a big portion (no innuendo intended..lol)
ReplyDeleteRx
Alvin! Alvinnnn! ALLLLLLLLLLLVIN!
ReplyDeletePass the vinegar for the chips.
Mmmm...chips....
ReplyDeleteLOL @ Alvin & The Chipmunks!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great video clip!
Some nice Michigan Lake Perch deep fried next to your chips, with a splash of vinegar -- mmmmm, now you're talking!
have a Chipper day!
mo
Malt vinegar of course :)
ReplyDeleteSheesh.. I still know the words to that song!!!
I should have put Chipmonks, they are so cute, instead I also thought about chips !
ReplyDeleteChipmuncks, you are the winner.....
ReplyDeletethanks for the memory trip!
ReplyDeleteLove it. Haven't thought about these critters for a long time. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
ReplyDeleteAaaaah.... Alvin & The Chipmunks - tripping down memory lane.
ReplyDeleteFirst: childhood
Second: Returning home early Sunday morning after having party all-night long watching them at the "KiKa" (special TV channel for kids) and trying to get *erm* sober =)
*LOL* at the chips... I´d love to have fish & chips with lots of malt vinegar right now!
Love Alvin and the Chipmunks. I had a Chipmunks sing The Beatles record growing up!
ReplyDeleteNice. Who doesn't love Alvin, and the Chipmunks.
ReplyDeleteCertainly original and what else do we expect from you? French Fries, Chips, it's all semantics - they're good whatever you call 'em!
ReplyDeleteThis Yank new what chips were!!!
ReplyDeleteWoooooooooooo!!
Luv me some Chipmunks too!
Great take on the theme.
Of course those are 'chips'! You can't order 'fish 'n fries' - it's always 'fish 'n chips' :) Great MM - I always loved the Chipmunks!
